Resin is stronger than powder or capsules, so the serving is very small. Start low.
Take a rice-grain amount
Roughly 300–500 mg. Use the spoon provided, not a full scoop.
Dissolve in warm liquid
Stir into warm water, milk or tea until fully dissolved. Never boiling.

How do I know this shilajit is genuine?
Three checks you can run yourself: it dissolves completely in warm water with no grit, it softens in your palm and hardens in the fridge, and it does not burn like plastic. Every batch is also lab tested and we will send you the report if you ask.
How much do I take and how long does a jar last?
A rice-grain amount, roughly 300 to 500 mg, once a day dissolved in warm water or milk. At that serving a 20g jar lasts about 40 to 60 days.
Why is the resin sticky sometimes and hard other times?
That is normal and is actually a sign it is real resin rather than a powder blend. It softens in heat and firms up in cold. Warm the spoon slightly if it is hard to lift.
